Lokalnom dečku Noahu Calhounu (Ryan Gosling) Alie odmah zapinje za oko. Njezin zarazni smijeh osvoji ga već pri prvom susretu te ju poziva na spoj. Pod prijetnjom da će se baciti s mosta ukoliko ga odbije, Noah uspjeva 'dobiti' Alie. Početak je to prave ljetne romanse i svega što ide s tim.


Noah je siromašan dečko iz radničke klase, zaposlen u drvnoj industriji što se neće svidjeti Alienim roditeljima koji se žestoko protive ovoj vezi. Kao i svaka ljetna ljubav i ova brzo završava te se Alie najesen vraća kući u New York. Temperamentni mladi ljubavnici ne rastaju se na najljepši način no obećaju si da će pisati. Prije nego što će otići u rat, Noah piše Alie no sva njegova pisma završavaju u rukama Aliine majke.


Alie u međuvremenu upoznaje Lona Hammonda (James Marsden), vojnika iz imućne obitelji kojeg njezini roditelji objeručke prihvaćaju. Ubro se zaručuje no ne može zaboraviti Noaha te ga, sedam godina nakon njihovog posljednjeg susreta, odlučuje posjetiti.


Priču pratimo iz perspektive starice u staračkom domu koju svakodnevno posjećuje čovjek u godinama čitajući joj priču. 'Zima za dvoje' treća je, ponajbolja adaptacija knjige Nicholasa Sparksa nakon ne osobito zapaženih 'A Walk to Remember' i 'Message in the Bottle'.

The two spend the whole summer together but Allie is forced to move and go to college although she was willing to give it up for Noah. Noah writes Allie 365 letters and she never gets them. So he restores the house him and ALlie went to one night out of 'labor of love'. Seven years pass and Allie meets and falls in love with a wealthy soldier Lon. When seeing Noah's picture in the paper, Allie is drawn back to him. They spent a few days together and she doesn't want to leave. Allie has to chose between her fiancé and Noah.

Šestoro studenata medicine dolazi u kolibu na nekoj norveškoj planini za Uskrs (ako se ne varam).Već prve noći niotkuda se pojavljuje „ukleti Norvežanin“ koji ih upozorava da su snežne planine opasne, jer su preko njih pre 50 godina, u sumrak fašizma, pobegli nemci sa blagom norveških seljaka, koji su krenuli za njima. Ali su u planinama nestali i jedni i drugi. Pa se sad veruje da pored njihovog duha i njihova tela slobodno lutaju snegom...
Priča o Nazi-zombijima koji se vraćaju po „svoje“ blago malo podseća na The Fog,ali njihova opsesija crevima studenata nema nikakvo opravdanje. U zavisnosti kako se autoru namestilo, neka od stradanja i odbrane od istog su više u duhu klasičnog slešera, ponekad su urnebesna parodija (scena u kojoj se junak spasava od pada niz liticu hvatanjem za prosuta creva zombija), a tek retko stoje rame uz rame sa, pretpostavljam, svojim uzorom- Shaun Of The Dead (obračun motornom testerom i sekirom). Toliko šarenilo šteti priči i na kraju se sve svodi na još jedan B-film koji strada od sopstvene samodopadljivosti.
